Is there are a better way to start the day than with crepes? We can’t think of one, and neither can the fab foodie @vegan.cosmoswho has been busy in the kitchen whipping up stacks of these super yummy, and super easy fluffy vegan pancakes.
Find her delicious recipe below:
Makes: 3 - 4 big one or 6 little ones
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup + 2 tbsp of plant-based milk
1 tbsp of Mokhado Apricot Oil + more for frying
1 tbsp of maple syrup
A pinch of salt
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk well.
Allow to sit for a few minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry until the crepes turn golden brown.
Serve with your favourite toppings.
